Comments on the schedule
- Always subject to change. A new CBA will be needed first before the season is started
- The Swarm will open the season at home for the third straight season
- The Swarm will open at home the earliest ever beating out the 2006 home opener on January 6th against Philadelphia.
- The Swarm are scheduled for the first time to finish the regular season on the road. The season finale is in Arizona.
- The Swarm play two games each against East Division foes for a total of fourteen games.
- The Swarm will make their first visit to Boston to play the the yet to be named expansion team on March 1st.
- The Swarm have 1 Thursday, 3 Friday, 3 Saturday and 1 Sunday game at The Hive.
- The Swarm host two home games on the weekend of February 8th - 10th. The Swarm have never hosted
two games on the same weekend.
- The Swarm have opened with Rochester twice in team history.
- The Swarm have never played on Thursday. They host the Blazers on March 27th. There are a few Thursday games this year. Definitely have not been NLL games on Thursday from 2005 - 2007.
- The home schedule is good for no repeats but only 3 Saturdays is disappointing.
- The Swarm play 1 Monday, 1 Friday, 5 Saturday and 1 Sunday game on the road.
- The Swarm play the Titans at Madison Square Garden on Monday, February 18th at noon on Presidents Day. This game will be the first ever on a Monday in NLL history.
- The Swarm play two West teams: hosting Colorado and visiting Arizona.
- The longest road trip is three games from February 18th to March 1st.
- The Swarm have two doubleheader weekends.
