Ten Players Signed Today

The Swarm signed the following players to two-year contracts:
- D - Ryan Cousins - 16 GP 9g 14a 108 LB - (2005-07 Swarm) - The Swarm’s captain had a spectacular 2007 season as he was named the NLL Defender of the Year
and named to the NLL All-Pro First Team.
- F - Sean Pollock - 15 GP 26g 41a 60 LB - (2005-07 Swarm) - The Red-Headed Baby-Faced Assassin had his greatest NLL season as he finished second in points, goals and assists on the team. He had the game winning goal against New York on February 17, 2007.
- D - Ryan Sharp - 13 GP 3g 8a 80 LB (2007 Swarm) - Acquired in a trade in February from Portland, Sharp fit in well as in a transition role. He had a very
strong playoff game against Buffalo with 1g 2a 9 LB.
- D - Noah Talbot - 15 GP 1g 8a 74 LB (2006-07 Swarm) - The solid stay-home defender will show his grit and reliabilty for two more years in Blue and Gold.
Scooped 13 loose balls against his former team, Arizona, on April 14th.
The Swarm signed the following players to one-year contracts:
- F - Mike Hominuck - 12 GP 18g 34a 64 LB (2007 Swarm) - The lefty forward was acquired from Portland for Kelly Hall. Hominuck had 12g 16a in his first five games with the Swarm before he sprained his ankle against Toronto on March 23rd, which put him out of action the rest of the season.
- G - Ryan Avery - 4-2 10.12 GAA .790 Save % - Selected in this month's dispersal draft from Boston, Avery has played as a backup for Buffalo and Calgary.
- F - Brad Favero - Taken 60th by the Swarm in the 2007 NLL Entry Draft.
- D - Marc Jackson - Taken 23rd by the Swarm in the 2007 NLL Entry Draft.
- F - Mark Tinning - 2GP 0g 0a 3 LB - Taken 32nd by the Swarm in this month's dispersal draft. Played for Arizona last year.
- F - Sean Holmes - Free Agent signing - Lefthanded born 8/17/78
Played one game with Buffalo in 2001 where he recorded a LB. Plays for Brampton in OLA Sr. A and graduated from Guelph University. Was listed on the Boston Blazers web site as a member of the team before they suspended operations as a defenseman. Second oldest player behind Eric Pacey on the team by three months.
