The Minnesota Swarm finally returned to the Hive after a long absence in the midst of battling for playoff positioning. They welcomed back former Swarm Ryan Ward to the Hive for the first time in enemy apparel. The night was set up for some great moments; however, in the end the Edmonton Rush broke the Swarm's heart with a come from hehind 13-12 overtime win.
