Callum Crawford delivered the Swarm's first home win of the year with his goal in overtime. The Swarm win prevented the Bandits from clinching a playoff spot.
The Swarm are now 1.5 games behind Toronto for the final East Division playoff spot.

The Minnesota Swarm (2-9) have a second straight Sunday home game as Ryan Benesch returns to The Hive for the first time since he was traded to Buffalo in t
he off-season. The Bandits (8-3) can clinch the season series with a win on Sunday and a playoff spot. Neither team made any moves this weekend as the trade and roster
deadlines passed.

Colin Doyle won the game 1:34 into overtime to win it for Toronto (5-7) at The Hive on Sunday. Minnesota (2-9) came back from a 8-4 defecit entering the
fourth quarter to tie it up by the end of regulation. With the win, the Rock win the season series with one game left to play between the teams at the end of the season.

The Minnesota Swarm (2-8) return home this Sunday after a month on the road to host the Toronto Rock (4-6) at The Hive. The Swarm will be out to get
their first win at home this season and it is much needed to keep close to the Rock for the third and final playoff spot in the East.
- 03/08/14 - Review - Swarm 9 Bandits 12
The Swarm returned to action after a thirteen day hiatus in Buffalo but a scoreless fourth quarter doomed the Swarm in a 12-9 loss to the Bandits (7-2).
Zach Higgins led the Swarm with a career high 45 saves and Josh Gillam turned a hat trick to
lead the offense. The Swarm (2-8) are now two games behind the Toronto Rock (4-6), who they face in their next game on March 16th at The Hive, for the third and
last playoff spot in the East Division.

The Swarm (2-7) start the second half of the 2014 season in Buffalo against the East Division leading Bandits (6-2) on Saturday night.
The Swarm's offense has started to pick up steam with two players (Jordan MacIntosh and Logan Schuss)
each having five goal games in their last weekend of action. The team is still in the playoff race only 1.5 games behind third place Toronto and own the tiebreaker
against Philadelphia. This will be Ryan Benesch and Andrew Watt's first game against the Swarm since the offseason trade that sent them to Buffalo.
